• Yam Flower
• Water (3 cups)
1. Add 3 cups of water into a pot
2. Once the water is boiled reduce the heat to a low state
3. Gradually pour the yam flow into the hot water and stir continuously
4. Continue to stir until the pounded yam is firm and stretchy
