• Two 24-oz. cans of peaches or apricots
• 1 cup syrup
In a 1-quart saucepan:
1. Place 4 large mangos peeled and cut in large pieces.
2. Add: 1 cup syrup from a can of peaches and
3. 6 whole cloves.
4. Simmer for 15 minutes or until mangos are tender.
5. Spear some of the pieces with a few cloves.
6. Cool and serve in compote dishes.
